  A very convenient place from which to explore Santa Cruz

  Good location and owner was lovely

  Liked: Was a nice gesture to have tea coffee and cake on offer for free. Bed was comfy and there was air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Spoke with the owner who was really helpful

  Good place if you are on the budget

  Liked: Staff was really welcoming and nice. I liked the electronical lock system to enter into property and room so didn't have to carry any keys with me. Room itself is simple but you got all necessary there. City centre and main attractions are walkable from there

  Disliked: It was noisy at times. House is not soundproof and sounds from other guests loud talking/partying, walking stairs etc was well heard into the room which was somewhat disturbing

  Good value for money for short stay

  Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful, the location is perfect (can get noisy with traffic), the room was clean although small.

  Disliked: The room on street side was a bit noisy, the breakfast was simple.
