Exceptional
Amazing location, feels right at home
Liked: Amazing location, appreciated the parking included cause without it, I reckon that it could be a little challenging to find a spot. The apartment was SUPER clean, and comfortable. What I liked the most, was that it had many many things that could make one feel at home - from cooking gear to toothpicks, to soap and shampoo, to dish soap - everything was there and super easy to use. I would come back to this property anytime I’m in Santa Cruz, Tenerife - it’s just perfect!
Disliked: The property was perfect, there was nothing I didn’t like.
Great stay
Liked: All the comfort, quietness and cleanliness you need. Cozy double bed, Good hot shower, quiet neighbourhood, fully-equipped kitchen, smart tv, Great and helpful host, Mercedes, etc. Also, it's very well located, even if it doesn't appear so on the map. We usually strolled downtown in 20 minutes, but there are lots of different buses and a tram within 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Liked: The apartment was in a great location. It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed. The best thing was the communication with the owner, constant contact with her when needed, and she was interested in whether everything was okay and if we needed anything, we should immediately contact her. Great attitude towards us. Incredible place.
Disliked: There is nothing to write. Everything was perfect.
A Beautifully Kept Gem in the Heart of Santa Cruz
Liked: A lovely apartment! It’s in a great location for both people with a car and those without. We chose not to rent a car, and we were still able to do all our visits by public transport. The apartment is perfectly located to access transport or simply enjoy strolling around Santa Cruz on foot. It was spotless — very, very clean — and extremely well equipped, with everything you might need. There’s a great attention to detail that makes you feel comfortable, and the beautiful decoration gives such a nice vibe. You can tell everything has been done with passion. Communication with Mercedes was excellent. She answered all my messages quickly and kindly allowed us a late check-out. Overall, it’s truly excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it
