  Liked: Apartment is great, has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, clean utensils, washer dryer and more..Excellent support. I had difficulty using the door code but support was available on Whatsapp for immediate help.

  Disliked: The only thing was the difficult check in process. You have to find a parking spot on the street (very difficult if you come at night) and then go into the building to collect keys, go to apt to collect garage keys and then come back and park the car in the garage and find the elevator (inside exit door) to come back to the apt.. But, they gave clear directions for each step and Whatsapp support was available.
