Good
Great location and value for money as it includes parking
Liked: It was easy to find and knowing that there was someone to give me the keys at reception was reassuring and sounded easy, rather than finding a key safe etc. The parking was good and included in the price. We were staying for one night for a concert in the Port area, so the location was perfect.
Disliked: When I went to the reception desk they didn't have anything about my booking and using google translate and my booking confirmation, the security man on reception made a few phone calls and finally found which apartment I was staying in. The security man was very helpful and explained how to get to the car park and which apartment it was. The air con didn't seem to be working, but there were fans to use and was able to open some windows. I found the bed too hard.
Nice location but some issues checking in
Liked: Location, the available parking, nice apartment and the building staff was nice.
Disliked: The check-in went a bit troublesome. We were told to pick up the keys at the lobby, though the building staff was not aware and needed a room number (which we didn't get). We tried calling the number on the Booking, but they did not understand us (us not speaking Spanish, them not fully understanding English). Eventually it was resolved by sharing our booking number, but since it was already starting to get late and this was our first stop, it wasn't a nice experience.
We had a perfect 10-day holiday thanks to this flat. We could reach all the destinations we wanted quickly from the bus
Liked: We liked that it had a security 0-24. It was at the perfect place for us, only 10 minutes from the bus station, lot of shops nearby and the city centre was not far either. The flat was really convenient. The kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped. The wifi was strong. The living room was not only comfortable, but it also had a scenic view to the mountains and the city and a little bit to the ocean. The lifts were fast and it was’t long until you reached the floor of the flat.
Disliked: We liked everything.
