Although modern apartment, wouldn’t book again
Liked: Nice modern apartment.
Disliked: Location, hard to find the apartment,although the owner was helpful in locating the property. Street very noisy, issue with key how the main door,however the owner did replace the keys. Dogs either side, that didn’t stop barking all night. Air conditioning in bedroom smelt.

A charming apartment!
Liked: We stayed for one month in Santa Pola and rented this apartment! Although it’s not very big, the place is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and really makes you feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and it was a real pleasure to cook there, especially since I love cooking wherever I go! The Japanese toilet was one of the highlights that convinced us to stay, it reminded us of Japan, hahaha 😁 The cleanliness was impeccable, which is one of the most important things for us, and we were completely satisfied! The location is excellent, close to everything you might need (plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right next to the building entrance) Communication with Lidia was smooth and easy. 😊Thank you so much for hosting us!
A little gem
Liked: Location is perfect, less than five minutes walk to the marina and all the popular sea front restaurants. Beaches are a similar distance away. Plenty of shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment was on the third floor with ramps for wheel chairs up to the lift. The apartment itself is really nice, with open plan kitchen, sitting and dining areas. The fittings are all modern, with just about everything you need to be self sufficient. Good quality full size fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom room has a large shower and a toilet that is amazing. The bedroom has a king size bed, which is very comfortable. This is an apartment for all the year round, with under floor heating and hot/cold air conditioning in the two main rooms. There is a small balcony, with furniture, overlooking a park for children to learn cycling. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Santa Pola
