  Wonderful location but several issues

  Liked: Incredible sea views. Wonderful location. Enough space for our family of 5. We love Santa Pola as a holiday destination.

  Disliked: Despite reminding management we would be arriving in the middle of the night and receiving reassurances that all the info we needed would be ready for us on arrival, the arrival info was incorrect (which kept us from getting to sleep after a long day and night of travel). The shower had no pressure. This was fixed during our stay. Bright light comes through the window of the twin room at night. We placed a towel over the blind which helped with this. One of the beds in this room is very squeaky.

  A lovely stay but too far from amenities

  Liked: It had everything we needed

  Disliked: The location, unfortunately we didn’t have a car and the walking up and down to the beach/town was quite a struggle. We think in the apartments information it would have been better if the owners had mentioned that a car would have been advisable, supermarkets were not close to the apartment either for which a car would have been great. Also in your pack information it would have been great if you had put how far each of the restaurants/beaches/supermarkets etc were from the apartment. We would also like to comment on the bathroom, the toilet seat has a chip/mark on it which does not look appealing and needs to be replaced, the cleanliness of the shower tiles is not up to standard, but it is a great size shower. In the kitchen there were 3 wine glasses and one had a large crack in it, also 3 mugs and one had a chip in it, these should have been replaced before we arrived.

  Disappointing

  Disliked: Within a few hours of arriving, one of the door handles fell off, and a single bed collapsed, injuring my husband. We reported this and whilst the staff were polite, they didn’t seem to be in a hurry to fix the door. The next day another door handle fell off. The bunk bed was incredibly uncomfortable and resulted in a sleepless night. There is a rug in the apartment which we lifted due to our child tripping on it and there was sand underneath, so the apartment had not been adequately cleaned. We felt unsafe and concerned about fire hazards due to broken doors and made the decision to move after the first night. When I asked for a refund I was told I’d get a partial refund (less than 50%) but only if I gave a ten star review. Booking did hardly anything to help, eventually giving me a tiny credit note in comparison to what we paid and I will be taking this further. Be wary of the reviews on this accommodation because they seem to not have a problem with review fixing. They also suggested that we had broken a light in the apartment which we had not. I am expecting a polite reply where I will be gaslit by the property but I really don’t want others to book this apartment and have a similar experience. Overall the experience was very stressful.

  Perfect family time!

  Liked: Lovely apartment, kitchen well equipped, air con worked well,very clean and tidy,parking right outside of property, beautiful sea views and beach just a short walk.pool are nice and never too busy. quiet at night time, we are a family of 5 and had a lovely time here. Owners are lovely would definitely recommend

  Liked: Lovely and clean and very close to beach. Nice balcony.

  Disliked: Long walk to centre, one of the bedrooms was a converted laundry room. More like a two bedroom. Steep slope to access apartment

  10/10 Perfect View, Beautiful apartment, great location, made my holiday!

  Liked: The whole process end to end was super easy, i made a booking while already in Alicante, i was able to check in onsite inside the hour, easy online document verification for check in, easy issuance of online code to access property without needing to meet anyone, the property itself was beautiful, amazing views, great location, had all the services i needed, beds where super comfy, hosts where super responsive and helpful, 10/10

Good to know

- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement.

- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.

- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.

- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.

- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.

- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€.

- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.

- A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.

- A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.

- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.

- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
