Exceptional
Disliked: They cancel your order at the last minute without explanation. My whole family has to find another place to live on the same day

Apartment ok - good location. Needs better information and contact from management
Liked: The roof top terrace was amazing - best part of the property. Lovely sea and mountain views. Apartment was nice but not as top end as the photos represented. Near to good restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Communication from the management was poor. We were not told which gate to go to or how to access the complex before arriving and had to call the contact. You have to leave your car outside the gate - 5 minute walk to the apartment to collect the tag which opens the gate - go back to the car to open the gate to get into the complex! 2 days in and the gate didn’t work. There was no information/maps about the local area/amenities/transport which would have been helpful.

Liked: Location is superb but the lack of taxis make it difficult to get around when the land train fails

Disliked: No welcome pack,had to find out ourselves, where the pool was also how to get in. Found out it was the fob on keys eventually. Also there was another fob hung up didn't have a clue what it was for. Big tv needed simple instructions would have been nice to be met to sort these things out
