Fabulous
Very remote, car essential
Liked: Beautiful large terrace, with fantastic sea view, very helpful host, very clean, nice pool area
Disliked: Inside space very small, only a small hanger for clothes, no shelves or drawers. Toilet, sink and shower are in room, not separate. Very remote, car a necessity, certainly not beachfront, as described, sea approximately 1 mile away. No landing area or step, straight from steep metal stairs but into room.
It was ok I wouldn’t stay again
Liked: Agree with the other reviews that it has great sea views but don’t be deceived by how close the pictures look to the sea because you need to drive.
Disliked: The metal steep stair case leading up to the room is dangerous. Trying to get suitcases up was tough.

Liked: The view was lovely
Disliked: Firstly, the photos and descriptions are very misleading. It is described as a bungalow. To English people this means a single story building on the ground. This was a third floor attic bedroom with a balcony. To access the bedroom we had to negotiate the steepest metal staircase which was almost vertical. I mentioned to the owner of the house I have just had a new knee and he and he merely said “be careful” there was no offer of help. My husband is 73. Luckily, he was able to negotiate the stairs with the case but this could have been different and nobody offered to help. We were unaware of this when we booked it, if we had been aware, we would have never made a booking. The description says there are kitchen facilities. In fact, it was a fridge next to the bathroom sink. There was nowhere to even make a sandwich. The facilities were very cramped, in the summer we would have been able to sit on the patio in the evening however as the evening was quite cold, we had nowhere to sit to relax. Only the bed. The description says it is beachside. This is not correct it is a lie. The beach is a 1 mile walk away if not more. We were forced to stay for one night but spent that night wisely, booking a hotel in Alicante city for the rest of the holiday. We left the following morning and I’m sure the owner was aware as there was CCTV, however he has not had the decency to even contact us since.

Liked: The view and balcony were exceptional.
Disliked: Small room and bathroom area.

Liked: Quiet location, very big swimming pool, amazing view from all glass windows. Secure.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Really enjoyed it but the walking was hard. All in all the view was spectacular
Liked: Views were fabulous. Outside space was beautiful and great at night to see stars/ beach. Great Aircon. Area was well cared for. Host very good.
Disliked: Bathroom/ toilet could be more private. A curtain isn’t enough to separate. The room was quite far out from beach and bars/ restaurants. An uphill climb coming back. Stairs up to room were very steep for someone who doesn’t like heights. You would really need a car.
