Great location and useful extras, but the apartment could benefit from a few updates and improvements to make the stay m
Liked: Great location, with shops, cafés and the beach all within easy walking distance. The complex also has a nice swimming pool with good opening hours, which was a big plus. There was air conditioning in the living room, which was very welcome during the hot weather. It was also nice to have some extras available to use, such as toys and beach chairs, especially when travelling with children.
Disliked: The kitchen had the basic essentials, although it could have been a little better equipped, as some crockery was missing. There were also quite a few personal belongings stored in the bedroom wardrobes and bedside cabinets, which made it feel a little more like staying in someone’s home rather than a holiday apartment and left less storage space for our own things. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, so it could get quite hot and stuffy at night, and we found the bed a little uncomfortable. One of the electrical sockets was loose and coming away from the wall and could do with some attention. The towels were also quite old and could probably do with replacing. We noticed cockroaches around the complex and unfortunately came across one inside the apartment on one occasion.
Great stay, superb location and great price
Liked: The location was excellent close to the shops, restaurants, beaches as well as the bus station. We had full use of the swimming pool on the property which is shared by all in the apartment complex. We made full use of this during our stay.

Disliked: Communication with the apartment owners is disastrous, they do not respond to messages and questions. I announced check-in at 20:45-20:55 on the day of arrival, no one answered and even though we were at the apartment at 20:50, we could not find where it was and only at 21:01 the owner picked up the phone and checked us in. We said that we were already there at 20:50, but no one was there, but she was not interested. When booking, be careful: in the basic information for the apartment it is not stated anywhere that the fee for check-in after 21:00 is €20, you will receive this information only after paying for the entire stay with a non-refundable amount. The dishes were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable. ** Addition to the rating: I always rate the quality of accommodation realistically and fairly. If the accommodation does not provide the quality stated in the price/quality ratio, there is no reason to rate it with a high mark. There were fingerprints on the dishes (glasses and plates), then you have to wash everything again before using it. If the accommodation requires an amount of €20 for late check-in, the person interested in accommodation should know this before paying for the reservation, which is not stated anywhere in advance on booking.com when booking. This information will only be provided to you by the accommodation in a subsequently sent message, at which point it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation free of charge. For me, the rating is as fair and objective as possible, other guests must judge that. ** Also be careful, it is not possible to get to the outdoor pool by stairs or ladder, there are none, so the only way is to jump directly into the water and then climb directly over the edge of the pool, so the pool is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Liked: Very convenient central location, the apartment has all essential facilities.
Disliked: The patio-balcony gives on a noisy street and it does not get much sun during the day.
Liked: Modern and clean open kitchen and dining heating and cooling and very well maintained and plenty of utensils for everything that you need for stay on holiday and very big sofa bed in the dining area and kitchen and double bed in the bedroom not to cluttered either plenty of towels and quilts to keep warm if your feeling cold at all from start to finish excellent contact from pleasant and friendly people to deal with you have been and I was a pleasure meeting you the shower and bathroom was excellent constantly hot water used for showers
Disliked: Maybe seats at the pool but in the apartment there was seats in could of used them didn’t use the pool at all as not a great swimmer mor
Poor
Disliked: When booking these apartments, keep in mind that the availability of free parking can result in an evacuated car and also pay a fine. All because the staff does not report that the parking lot is on the site of the bazaar, and one morning you can come to your car, and there will be a tent with things. Very unpleasant situation and spoiled vacation, and the owner ignored our offer to compensate for the payment of the fine and did not respond!!!
