  First and last time

  Liked: Close to centre

  Disliked: Not nice service when we arrived middle of the night. Any bottle of water, tea or something to drink in apartment. Dirty fridge. Very uncomfortable mattress, not firm, was very very hard. Uncomfortable pillows.

  Wouldn’t return to these apartments

  Liked: Good location, 5 minutes walk to beach and shops. Clean, bright and spacious. Great shower. Kitchen well equipped.

  Disliked: Very hard uncomfortable bed. Rubbish view onto street. Hairdryer blew up in my face first time I plugged it in. Explained this to woman on checkout when I handed it over, didn’t want the next guests to plug it in. No apology of expression of concern at all. Small freezing cold pool that was in the shade most of the day.

  With a very little effort our impression could be much more positive

  Liked: Good location, helpful personnel

  Disliked: Would be good to have a chopping board. A new coffee table in the living room could change the whole room impression. Quite disappointing cleaning, we were staying seven nights, the rule of cleaning in fifth day is a little weird, our room was cleaned with a delay - on the last day before departure and after we complained-which didn’t make much sense.
