  Liked: We spent one night at the hotel and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Toni at the reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

  Terrible experience, will be lodging a formal compliant and a request for a refund

  Disliked: the AC did not work in a room. The overnight staff said the technician would come in the morning but the temperature outside was 80F + and the room was unbearable. After calling a second time, the overnight staff at first said he could not give another room. Then we called again and they finally gave another room with the hotel staff coming and checking and seeing the room was indeed hot. They transferred us to another room at 12:30am with the second room having better AC, however it was still quite warm. Then at 4:30 there was some type of alarm and it woke us up again. It was not a good experience. When we told them in the morning they just said sorry and I asked for 30 minutes for late checkout. This was not the experience I expected from a 4 star hotel and I would like a refund
