  Liked: The location and pools

  Disliked: The walls are extremely thin and can hear people next door, snoring, dropping things, plugging things into the wall. The air conditioning wasn't very powerful at all.

  The hotel was perfect for our needs - a clean bed to sleep in, a place to shower, and a pool to relax in after day’s act

  Liked: The pools were excellent, the atmosphere, and the location.

  Disliked: The rooms could use some upkeep and adding a fan to the bathrooms would be good.

  Liked: The location was lovely, on the beach. The pool was also great but only available from 10 AM, would be great if it was accessible earlier in the morning.

  Disliked: When we arrived to the accommodation, the water was not running. It continued till the next morning so we were without water for 10 hours straight, even though we were assured it will start again during the night. No water in the shower, toilet or the sink. There was no solution offered for us and the staff at the desk that evening wasn’t very pleasant.

  The hotel is family-friendly, with friendly staff and a great location, very close to the city centre and other attracti

  Liked: The location, a two-minute walk will take you to a beautiful little beach with warm, crystal-clear waters.

  Disliked: I didn’t like seeing people reserving the pool loungers with their towels from 7 in the morning until 9 at night. I could see this happening from my balcony. I think this policy should be changed.

  Liked: Ryan was brillant, he helped give sugary drink to my wife when her diabetes made her low while we were locked out of our room and gave us exstra towels when needed. Vladimir was very helpful on the desk and helped out with the taxis. Roberta was an amazing energy and the place is lucky to have her, she's full of energy and positivity and she was a joy to chat to.

  Disliked: The water was off for a while but that can happen anywhere and the hotel got it resolved. Must have been a plumbing issue but this can happen anywhere.

Please note that reservations are paid on arrival, except for nonrefundable rates which are paid at the time of booking. In the event of early departure, guests should notify the property at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise the hotel will charge an additional 2 nights' fee. Restaurant buffet with breakfast service from 7:30 to 10:30, lunch with show cooking from 13:00-15:00, and dinner with showcooking from 18:30-21:30.
