  An Excellent Stay – We Will Definitely Come Back!

  Liked: We spent three days at Ona Palmitara Palmera in October, and everything was perfect! From the food and the cleanliness of the rooms to the two swimming pools, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel consists of four buildings, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied selection and something different to enjoy every day. There were plenty of options for everyone, especially the little ones, who loved the chocolate fountain! There was also a great selection of croissants, pastries, scrambled and fried eggs, yoghurts in different flavours, fresh fruit, and much more. And what can we say about dinner? Absolutely delicious! Everything was fantastic, from the nachos with guacamole to the tender and flavourful BBQ pork ribs. There was always a great variety of meat and fish freshly cooked on the grill, so there was something different to enjoy every day. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Both the restaurant and dining room teams were wonderful and happy to accommodate special requests, such as providing gluten-free bread.

  Great location for the Challenge Mallorca, would stay again

  Liked: Breakfast buffet was fabulous lots of choice and plenty of it. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and always cleared your table of dirty dishes as soon as you had finished. Location was excellent just a few minutes walk to the centre and beach. Pool areas were clean and well organised.

  Disliked: Our bathroom walls were very thin you could hear other rooms using their bathroom!! The sheets were a little old and on the short side so they always ended up in a crumpled mess.

  Perfect for Challenge Peguera- Mallorca

  Liked: I stayed here for Challenge Peguera Mallorca and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location, a short walk to the start/ finish and transition. The hotel are very accommodating with the bike. There is a bike room but they are also very happy for you to take the bike to the room. (On the subject of bikes it’s perfect for a riding location too as you can go straight off in to some beautiful routes straight from the hotel. Be mindful there is a lot of stairs in the property. The hotel is good, clean rooms, good aircon and powerful shower. There is no Tea and coffee making facilities in the room which wasn’t an issue for me but just something to be mindful of. The food is ok, not excellent but of a good standard with a great selection for all. It’s also situated very close to lots of restaurants. The staff are wonderful and in particular the reception staff Paula, she greeted us so warmly and simply couldn’t do enough for us. What a credit to the team she is.

  Disliked: It’s a little tired in the communal areas but honestly it was perfect for what I needed it for.

  Stay in Paguera

  Liked: My partner and I spent five days at this hotel. Our room had a shower and lovely, unobstructed views of the mountains. There were two enormous swimming pools, both with water at the perfect temperature. We had booked half board. Every morning at breakfast, there was something different to enjoy, from crispy bacon and a chocolate fountain to delicious local Mallorcan products. One day, there was a whole trolley full of doughnuts — what a treat! There were also freshly baked croissants, perfectly boiled eggs, a wide variety of fresh fruit, and surprisingly good coffee from the machine. We also had the opportunity to sample a varied selection of local wines. Dinner offered plenty of choices every day. One evening, there were delicious barbecued ribs, freshly grilled fish, Italian specialities, and a Mexican selection that made you feel as if you were in Central America. And let's not forget the Asian section, with its carefully prepared sushi and Chinese noodles. The kitchen staff were always friendly and happy to help. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. The drinks at the bar were also reasonably priced and well prepared, using top-brand spirits. On our departure day, our flight wasn't until the evening, so we left our luggage at reception and continued enjoying the hotel's facilities until our transfer arrived to pick us up.

  A lovely hotel in a great location, with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach and the main promenade, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Mallorca. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Paguera. We would definitely come back!

  Disliked: This is purely a personal preference, but I found the mattress a little less comfortable than I would have liked. Also, a small shelf or some storage space in the shower would have been useful for keeping toiletries within reach.
