Very good
Fantastic stay!
Liked: Amazing hotel, loved the decorations and it even had their own signature scent. The room was amazing and they even upgraded my room from the one I had without asking. Then on the day I left they even let me have the room longer as my flight was later. Exceptional service really and the breakfast buffet was also excellent. Can definitely recommend.
Very good value for money
Liked: Very neat and clean. We liked the extended brunch option, the food selection is excellent and extensive.
Disliked: The water in the pool is quite cold.
Have stayed in 2 of this brands hotel this year and would have no hesitation in staying in either again

Disliked: Repetitive music around pool area These days if people want music they listen to their own, those that don’t want music are forced to have it if they like it or not Maybe time to change x

Liked: It was at a perfect location, 10min walk from the magaluf’s strip. The hotel was quiet at all, no noises from the neighbours
Liked: The hotel looks recently refurbished, the rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, its very nice that it lasted until 1.30pm. We had a birthday during our stay and were greatly surprised when we received balloons and champagne in the morning.
Disliked: Out of the two room we had, one had a sewage like smell in the bathroom, and the other was leaking water out of the shower onto the bathroom floor
