  lots of extra little fees took away the fun for me

  Liked: The location was beautiful next to a lovely beach. The morning breakfast was good but definitely caters toward the large number of german guests in food choices.

  Disliked: This property had multiple ridiculous policies. i have never been to a hotel that CHARGES extra for beach towels. This was the first turn off, particularly given the cost of this hotel. not only are you charged for beach towels but then can only exchange for a fresh towel every other day🙁. this felt cheap and stupid. the biggest aggravation is their policy of renting out EVERY ONE of their loungers. There were haphazard tags attached to every beach lounger identifying them as RESERVED, and not only for a day, which i could kind of understand, but for 7-12 days… are you kidding me? i think this is to accommodate the large number of german tourists that descend upon this resort. this policy was for loungers next to pool as well as all over property. we could not find an unreserved lounger. last complaint was the extremely HARD mattresses. our bill at the end of the stay then included a donation to unicef in addition to the daily mallorca tourist fee.

  Disappointing, as indoor, swimming pool, not open. And sauna and steam room rarely on

  Liked: Freshly Made Omelette.

  Disliked: More than one person cooking the omelettes, Q too big used to have fresh smoke salmon on the menu. Most mornings didn't have it once.

  Lovely location and views. Uncomfortable stay and overpriced considering how outdated and broken the hotel is

  Liked: Location and view are amazing. You have 3 beaches at your doorstep and I believe all rooms have sea view and some of them have sea and Palms view. Mark the night shift receptionist was great and helpful.

  Disliked: Property is outdated and definitely needs renovation. The elevators are small, slow, and hot, you would sweat in 15 seconds. A/C of our room could not cool it down, not because it is broken but simply because it is too old. Since it is a central A/C, all rooms have the same issue. Reception was distributing fans to guests which is ridiculous given how expensive the rooms are to swap A/C for fans. This issue should be disclosed to guests before they book or pricing should be revised. The beds were not comfortable. They need to up toppers. Food was average. Despite we purchased breakfast and dinner, we barely ate at the hotel but I would still recommend getting the food package given it is not expensive and might be useful in those days you want to stay at the hotel.

  Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Universal Lido Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Palma while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere by the beach. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were super attentive and friendly throughout our stay. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall ambiance was perfect for both relaxation and comfort. I highly recommend Universal Lido Park Hotel to anyone looking to have a relaxed holidays. I will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team from Lido for making our stay so special!
