Great location great staff
Liked: The staff at the front desk was excellent and very helpful.
Disliked: You need curtains on the units for privacy.
Lacking in Customer Service
Liked: The location is why I chose it. So close to the cathedral.
Disliked: When I booked my lodging, I asked for bottom bunk. They responded that it would depend on the day. When I got there in the afternoon, they said there were no bottom bunks. But if I had come in earlier, I might’ve gotten one. I ended up booking a double room. The restroom was on another floor.
Liked: Good location, close to the church and the center. Lots of shops around. It was clean and decently quiet with the amount of people there. The bed was comfy
