  Liked: Great location on a main street near the cathedral, easy walking distance (20mins) from the bus and train station. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. On a main street but the windows blocked out noise.

  Best location and would stay there again

  Liked: This property is in the best location, old town in Santiago. Right on the street where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Alda Catedral is like going through a secret door on the street where you are immediately taken away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was very comfortable on the first floor and the window opened up onto a central courtyard. We did not hear any noise at all from the street. Room was modern and clean with amenities in the shower and bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

  Disliked: The towels and linen on the bed are definitely due for replacement. Also, the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work but that didn't bother us in October, we just opened the window. Walls are thin so you can hear people in other rooms talking, but we found that with every place we stayed in on the Camino.

  Liked: The lady on reception was so lovely and charming. This hotel is incredibly close to the Cathedral and the room was very tastefully done. One of the best places we stayed on the Camino and we stayed in a lot of!
