  Difficult to sleep

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: It has bed bugs all over the place. Very hot place and only one fan. Entrance has this bad smell …

  Great location but not high quality

  Liked: The location was great as it was close to the historic centre and we found free car parks.

  Disliked: Communication was initially good but closer to checking in and whilst there, it was quite poor. We had to ask for a fan even though it was 37° for the two days. The smell in the foyer is strong humidity. Cleanliness was not great and needed a very big spring clean. Sadly, our son had bugs in his bed on the second night which were horrible. I think there should be much higher quality for the prices they charge.

  Liked: Awesome spot on the final street before you enter the main Medieval part of Santiago. Good bar next door and food options down the street, all great spots to watch the other weary pilgrims come into town and perhaps spot some old friends.

  Very cosy family trip

  Liked: I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, largely due to the incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me before my arrival. They made me feel welcome from the very start, answering all my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed for my stay. Additionally, I appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made it easy for me to bring my furry companion along. The accommodations themselves were charming and had character, featuring traditional rock walls that added a rustic touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a delightful stay that combined excellent service with a unique environment.
