    Lovely, safe, clean

Liked: Gorgeous, comfortable, peaceful, immaculately clean. I almost stayed an extra night just to enjoy the beauty and peace. Walking distance to a lovely college campus and wonderful park.

Disliked: The bed is a cheap mattress and my back hurts -

Overall good but could be better

Liked: I like its proximity to amenities and location.

Disliked: The room next to ours (after ours) was making a lot of noise, even close to midnight, initially I bang the wall to alert them but they continued talking and laughing at the top of their voices. Eventually I had no choice but to knock on their doors to inform them that my wife and I are trying to get some sleep cos we are starting our Camino hike the next day. They eventually quieten down.

    Great stay at a convent

Liked: This is a convent so do not expect 4 Star hotel amenities. That said, I loved this place. The former nuns’ rooms have been renovated recently. Bathroom was much better than I was expecting. Basic furniture; bed was ok, not great/not awful. No tv (not an issue with me); no air conditioning (not needed when I was there. You can get breakfast there for 5 Euros. Basic food—nothing extravagant. The atmosphere was truly wonderful! If you completed, the Camino, this is a good place to unwind.

Disliked: Would have liked a better bed.

Quiet stay to revive after the Camino

Liked: I loved staying in this convent turned hotel. The quiet and views of the garden was a welcome respite from the busy noise of staying closer to the cathedral. The room was clean and the facilities new. The breakfast we had was very good and inexpensive.

Disliked: The receptionist didn't tell us about the breakfast offering, and that you needed to reserve and pay the night before. We found this out on our own, perusing the hotel lobby area. We were able to reserve breakfast for the following morning. Our second night, they filled up the breakfast reservations before we had a chance to reserve. I guess they only take so many reservations and do not guarantee all their guests have access to breakfast. The beds are extremely firm.

    Beautiful, Peaceful and Clean Lodging

Liked: Loved the peacefulness of the place, perfect ending to our pilgrimage. bedrooms and bathrooms are very ample and clean.

Disliked: I wish they had had a Sunday morning mass but that is just me. Location is great, although it is not as close to the center where the action is, it is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride.
