  A wonderful home stay with all of the amenities!

  Liked: The Casa was warm and welcoming and we could make ourselves at home in a beautiful common dining room with full kitchen facilities. Breakfast was lovely and filling.. and the family/hosts were fantastic!

  Unique, cozy and comfortable stay

  Liked: Very comfortable and cozy accommodation. The host is very helpful with dinner ideas and has several menus from restaurants where delivery is possible. The breakfast is very good.

  Disliked: A short 12-15 minutes walk from the camino, but a good place to stay to make your last day’s walk to the cathedral short. You can arrive early and beat the crowds getting their compostela certificates.

  The Camino Makes You Walk. Susanna Makes You Want to Stay

  Liked: By far the best, most restful stay of my entire Camino. Susanna was so gracious and accommodating, and her thoughtfulness showed everywhere—from the beautiful little touches to the spotless, wonderfully comfortable room and excellent food. After so many days of walking, it felt incredible to put my feet up and be so well cared for. My advice: book at least two nights. Better yet, book more! The house is just steps from the Camino. Stay the night before your final walk into Santiago, leave your bag, and walk in feeling weightless. Enjoy the arrival you’ve worked so hard for. Explore the city, take a guided visit of the cathedral, and give yourself time to take it all in. Then return to Susanna’s hospitality, a delicious meal, and another blissful night’s rest. You’ve spent days getting to Santiago. Give yourself more than a moment to enjoy it. I’m coming back for a longer stay—with time to lounge by the pool, soak up the peaceful countryside, and continue being thoroughly spoiled. Casa Rural As Bentina deserves to be a destination of its
