  Liked: Great location. Comfortable, clean, appreciated the coffee and pastry. Friendly helpful staff available via Whatsapp to answer all questions quickly.

  Liked: The size of the space. After a long day walking, the facilities were excellent, the old features in the bathroom made it feel a bit different and a treat. Lovely being able to see the cathedral from the window.

  Small hostel in great location for good value

  Liked: On the main restaurant street. Comfy clean newer room. The staff was attentive even though not there but you could always reach them if needed. Good value for Santiago.

  Disliked: You have to walk through a small restaurant to get to your room, not an issue for us but maybe for some:)

  Everything smelled of STRONG laundry detergent. Spoiled what would otherwise be a 9-10 property:(

  Liked: Brand new. Great location within 2min walk of Santiago Catedral, on the main bustling street with plenty of food and shopping options - great energy, and the noise definitely calms down at night. The housekeeping woman was incredibly cordial and professional as I was checking out. The complimentary muffins, juice and water were a very nice touch - the water really saved me because no stores were open to buy bottled water the night I arrived. The digital keypad access works well, and instructions to go through the restaurant downstairs were clear.

  Disliked: Please change your laundry service. The entire room and bathroom smelled of S-T-R-O-N-G laundry detergent from the towels. It made me kind've sick using the towels. I was afraid I would get an allergic reaction. Fortunately, I did not react, but the smell was just unnaturally strong, and spoiled what would otherwise be a 9-10 property.
