  Liked: Location few steps from cathedral and places to eat etc Staff helpful Free upgrade to room with view and balcony and sitting room

  Super good location and great friendly staff

  Liked: Big rooms and clean. Offered coffee, tea and water. Very good restaurant in the facilities and the people were super nice.

  Fantastic hotel for a night or two in Santiago - amazing location and friendly staff

  Liked: Fantastic location - just around the corner from the cathedral and close to cafes, bars and shops. Could not ask for better!

  Disliked: We had an inner courtyard room so no outside window. But the price and value for money were great so we did not mind!
