  Great location, comfortable space. Slightly pricey for what it is

  Liked: Perfect location, just a few steps from the cathedral, the main restaurant’s street, and stores. Room was comfortable. The building is nice, old-style. The staff is friendly and helpful. And they have a decent breakfast (consider their buffet is traditional, no main cooked dishes, just ham, cheese, bread, eggs, and fruits).

  Disliked: Because of the type of building, it is cold and humid. Nothing major, just something to consider. Our room was on the smaller side, so I felt the price didn’t justify the room. But, I guess you pay for the location.

  Great location with large modern rooms

  Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location step away from the Cathedral. The rooms were large and surprisingly modern. Everything was spotlessly clean!! The staff were kind and very helpful.

  Disliked: The only downside was the breakfast was fine, not amazing. For 15€ a person I expected much more.

  Ideal location but has some flaws

  Liked: Location very close to the cathedral and main sites and streets of the city.

  Disliked: Decor was basic, shower had mould on the ceiling, shower did not stay warm despite excellent pressure, room was in the attic with limited door height and roof clearance. Had to take steps with luggage after the elevator.

  Hotel and location good but the abrupt and rude receptionist ruined our stay completely. No hot water and bath plug did

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: No hot water and plug on bath did not function on first night. We were only there for 2 nights and we thought the hotel would try to make amends. They actually ignored us and on the second morning when trying to have breakfast the staff were more interested in speaking to someone they knew with a baby. The receptionist intentionally ignored us and no response to our complaint via booking.com while we were there. Very poor customer service

  Lovely hotel but avoid basement rooms!

  Liked: Fan location, friendly staff

  Disliked: Terrible communication before stay. I had sent several emails that weren’t responded to and message via booking wasn’t either. I booked for a group and specifically said no basement rooms because they smell musty. However, I was assigned one which was quite unpleasant. I was subsequently moved to a room further up and much better.
