  Nice hotel

  Liked: Nice hotel; very nice staff. The location was somewhat away from the city center, yet the manager told me that it was only a short bus ride to get to the center. Near a nice shopping mall, too. I would stay at this hotel again.

  A welcome place to rest

  Liked: After sleeping on bunk beds throughout walking a Camino, it was great to have a private room and bathroom. My Camino friend, who had moved rooms was taken ill and I was unable to contact her. The staff were really helpful and thankfully she was ok.

  Disliked: It is a fair walk from and into the city from this location There is a bus that you can take from outside the hotel.

  The staff were great

  Liked: It was located 3.5km from the Santiago Cathedral and on the main Camino into town. We could watch the pilgrims arriving.

  Disliked: The walls were so thin the people showering, farting and using the toilets could be heard in the adjacent rooms all night and day. I got woken up by late comers at 12:30 having showers. The lady owner owns a hotel and expects everyone to speak Spanish. Lucky she has nice staff who understand English.

  Liked: Service by the front desk and Malena in the restaurant was quite good.

  Liked: Bar and restaurant are connected with the hotel. The evening attendant was very helpful with explaining bussing and provided us with a map. The morning attendant called us a taxi which arrived in 2 minutes. The restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and beard shavings from previous guests. Mold around the windows. Shower water was lukewarm. No smart TV. One pillow on each bed.
