  Nice hotel but a little noisy

  Liked: Great attention from the staff. Good location Nice hotel

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room, bit noisy and the shower handle extremely stiff.

  BED BUGS….. no apologies, no compensation and no remorse. I had to switch rooms at 1 am and no offer to help. The room I

  Disliked: BED Bugs! Yes they switched my room once I showed them what I caught crawling across my bed, but it was 1 am in the morning with no offer to help me move my stuff

  Pleasant, but would I stay there again, probably not

  Liked: The hotel is a short walk from the cathedral and in a quiet area. The room was small but comfortable and very clean.

  Disliked: I do not like to complain about places, but we did not encounter one friendly person working at this hotel. In addition, the breakfast and coffee were terrible (the worst of our two week trip). There were also a lot of big groups coming to this hotel and the sound really carried. One evening there was a big group singing in the main foyer (adult / senior travellers) until almost midnight. While it was sweet to hear them enjoying themselves, the staff should have asked them to end their festivities earlier because even though I was on the second floor it sounded like they were just outside of my door...

  Wonderful Hospitality Let Down by a Disappointing Breakfast

  Liked: The front desk service was fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly whenever we had questions.

  Disliked: The hotel breakfast had very limited variety and the quality was disappointing. It definitely didn't meet the standards of a 3-star hotel.

  Liked: A clean place to stay. Near to city centre and Cathedral. There were shops and cafés nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a great experience!
