  Liked: Reception was friendly, informative, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Nice place to rest after the Camino. Bonus the room had a fan which was a lovely but needed surprise.

  Comfortable with great location

  Liked: Great location right on Camino Inglés which we were doing so passed on the way in. 10min walk from cathedral. Very comfy beds and shutters so got a good sleep

  Disliked: Shower was superb when got it to work but there was a knack to get it on. So wasn’t able to shower after completing camino. Was also a bath which was a bonus but no plug. Staff sorted out the issue within an hour or so but were no staff on site to resolve sooner. But wound stay again

  Lovely stay in Santiago de Compostela

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Clara hotel, very pleasant & helpful staff, great location to centre of the Old town & beautiful cathedral, shops, restaurants & bars ❣️ Beautiful garden area to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine! Bus to & from the airport costs only €1 per person & stops right by the hotel both ways, brilliant value

  Disliked: A fridge in the room to have cold drinks as the weather was 31'degrees, also having no Air conditioning but we did have a fan!

  Liked: Cheap price but not worth the facilities.

  Disliked: The old pillows and mattress. I caught bed bugs here, don't suggest this hotel as it's very basic per 1 star rating. Room 102 needs a new mattress and pillows - at least for a 1 start they should be the best quality! Staff did change the linen & said they didn't see bed bugs. Of course not as they only appear at night & they are usually on the side of the mattress depends on their grow stage too. It was super noisy from the traffic and there is no aircon so window needs to be opened.
