  Beautiful stay with calm surrounding

  Liked: Beautiful lobby. Enjoy the breakfast so much, it is good, very neat. Beautiful arrangement. Can feel the smell of eucalyptus anywhere in the hotel made me feel good.

  Great hotel and wonderful staff

  Liked: The hotel and staff were great. Hotel was clean and location for us with the purpose of our stay was spot on. Reception especially Pilar, susana, Jesus went above and beyond and without their help I’m not sure how myself and dad would have got on with my mum being in the local hospital. Especially Steve and staff in bar and restaurant also couldn’t offer their help and service any more and food on menu was great.

  Lovely stay friendly and nice breakfast

  Liked: Clean helpful, open late at night as my flight delayed, close to the station

  Disliked: The heating. It was too hot and they said you couldn’t put the air con on at this time of year

  Disliked: Problem with the hot water in the shower. We stayed two nights and in both days the water in the shower was lukewarm at noon till the evening.

  Convenient location and excellent service with great breakfast

  Liked: The property is very close to El Corte Inglés so shopping and even having something to eat was easy. The morning breakfast was Excellent! It had something for every taste. The staff were all courteous and welcoming. We asked them to help getting a taxi and they were very happy to help and even followed up to the taxi when it delayed. It is very close to a park that was extremely nice. Room was always clean and ready when we returned. The front desk recommendation for dinner was perfect. WE WILL RETURN DEFINITELY TO THIS SAME HOTEL.
