  Absolutely loved everything about this hotel!

  Liked: We absolutely loved our two-night stay at Hotel Universal in Santiago de Compostela! The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore the beautiful historic centre on foot. The hotel itself was lovely, comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic! Such a wonderful way to start each morning before heading out to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santiago de Compostela!

  Liked: After camino it fulfilled our needs.

  Disliked: Staff was not really helpful with strollers - we were allowed to bring them up to our floor, but was impossible to get them into the small elevator. The receptionist behave like it is not his business and we had to solve it ourselves... the shower was not working properly.
