Liked: The bed was comfortable. Although extremely noisy, the location was ideal.

Disliked: After looking at the photos on the website, we were expecting a warm, cosy and inviting room. Unfortunately, our room was quite the opposite. It felt cold and unwelcoming, and it did not match the atmosphere we had anticipated from the website. The shower tray and tiles also had visible mould, which was concerning. Traffic and people shouting throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep and significantly affected our overall experience.

  Upgraded to Apartment

Liked: they did not have a double room as booked so free upgrade to an apartment 40 metres away. this is excellent agile service.

Disliked: thursday night so student night, very noisy across the old town until 4am. not the hotel's fault at all, but something to consider
