  Good stay in Santiago. Value for money

  Liked: It is a great hotel at a good price. Well located in Santiago for business purposes. Well connected from train station and airport. Clean, friendly staff.

  Poor value for money, very noisey flat but close to old town

  Liked: The location to the old town was good, however please see comments below.

  Disliked: The property was right next door to a nightclub, it was open until 6:30 am and there was little to no sound proofing. We didn’t sleep much at all during the first night which was a Thursday night due to the volume of music and the loudness from people being in the street below the window. We spoke with the staff from the hotel to ask if we could switch rooms to the hotel rather than the flats however there were none available. We were offered a small discount off the overall cost for 2 nights as there was no alternative room. I would not recommend this if you want a good night sleep. The apartment also had broken bedside shelves, poor level of cleanliness and decor needed to be retouched as there were smears on the wall and the skirting boards looking like they’d been bitten and chewed by a pet.
