  Liked: I must have missed the information that it is a shared bathroom while booking online. However, it was close to always free, and always clean, and not a problem. Would go again.

  Liked: The location was very convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore Santiago on foot.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was made quite uncomfortable by a group of other guests staying at the property. Whenever we used the shared bathroom, they would start knocking aggressively on the door almost immediately, sometimes within less than a minute, even after being told that the bathroom was occupied. This happened repeatedly and made us feel rushed and nervous every time we needed to use the bathroom. One member of the group was particularly unfriendly and hostile toward us, often staring at us in an intimidating way, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere during our stay. I understand that the behavior of other guests is not necessarily the host’s fault, but unfortunately it significantly affected our experience and made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed at the property.

  Paid but ended up walking away

  Liked: I did not stay. I found a new hotel. Was very old and I wanted more comfort after walking the Camino

  Disliked: No air conditioning. Very basic.

  Estancia adecuada

  Liked: Pensión modesta, pero con todo lo mecesario para descansar después del Camino.Sus puntos fuertes son la limpieza y lo cerca que está de la estación de tren. Margot es encantadora y nos recibió con mucha amabilidad.

  Disliked: Puede ser difícil acceder al baño compartido si todos hacemos el check-in al mismo tiempo, pero es entendible, es a lo que te expones.

  Disliked: Can be noisy at night (especially Freshers weeks). No Aircon so can't shut windows if necessary....
