  Disliked: The room faced the street and lacked air conditioning, so we had to open the windows—needless to say, we could hear everything until very late at night. There was a fan, but we didn’t use it because it was very dirty. It was not a pleasant experience.

  Will not use this accommodation again

  Liked: Clean.

  Disliked: 64 steps to our room, no elevator, no air conditioning, no tea coffee making facilities, one glass for three people, main light kept flickering, smell in bathroom, noisey restaurant directly below.

  A very convenient location

  Liked: Super location, direct in old town, 5 minutes walking to Cathedral and Pilgrims office, very safe place as next door is the police station, 15 minutes walking to railway station. Staff very friendly and room service cleans very well.

  Disliked: The facility is somehow basic, the hot water is super but shower door can't be closed completely. Otherwise no real complaints.
