  Great visit

  Great place to splurge after a month of alburges

  Liked: Phenomenal host and customer service. Great mattress, slept so good after 48 days on the camino. Cute cafe on first floor. Cab driver met me at the door and walked me to his taxi in the morning.

  Felt Welcomed and Appreciated

  Liked: PR Companas de San Juan situated in a great part of Santiago. My wife and I loved that it was centrally located to all the historic sites we wanted to see. We found the hotel to be very quaint and cozy. The two women who helped cover the front desk and bar area were fantastic. When visiting other pensions or restaurants on the Camino we found the staff to be less than friendly. At PR Companas de San Juan, we felt appreciated and never a bother. We highly recommend this hotel to other pilgrims looking for convenience and old world charm.

  Liked: The apartment was very clean and convenient for our group of 4 walkers. The location is super central in Santiago, literally around the corner from the side of the Cathedral. The front desk staff was friendly, but we did not use hotel facilities otherwise. Having a washer in the apartment was very helpful after walking the Camino.
