Fabulous
Liked: A quick overnight stay and a great place to be accommodated for it. Great staff and facilities are fine.
Good property to stay, just be aware of a couple of things
Liked: The location was great, just a couple of minutes’ walk to the cathedral, shopping and places to eat. The bus stop to the airport was just across the street. The property has a washer and a/c unit. The terrace was a nice touch. The building has an elevator. There were not enough towels but we called the main desk and they quickly told us where to find additional towels. The staff was very professional and willing to help.
Disliked: Laundry detergent and paper towels/napkins were not available. There was a musty odor in the kitchen area caused by the washer. There is a light fixture by the entry door that will not turn off, it was distracting at night when trying to fall asleep. There was also an intermittent noise, like a low drilling noise or something vibrating that was also distracting at night. We thought it was the a/c unit but we could hear the noise even with the a/c unit not on. The closet to hang your clothes is also the storage for cleaning supplies.

Disliked: Furnishings were a bit bare.

Liked: the location was good, in the center of the city but a little bit away from the noise of the old part of the city
Disliked: the linens and the bathrooms were clean so it would be incorrect to call this place a dump, but it was very dirty overall. years of scuff marks on the walls from suitcases and bags. dirty handprints everywhere. There were even crushed insects on the walls and the shoe prints from the objects that killed them. And not just in one place but everywhere. disgusting. I cannot recommend this place.

Liked: Location was just a few minutes from Santiago Cathedral and a few minutes from the bus/train station. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
