  SANTIAGO stay

  Liked: The apartment was large and comfortable. We would stay here again. The apartment is on floor 7 There are elevators to get all things up. Most importantly!!!! The hosts went up and beyond all our needs. Helping us with all our requests. They had great patience. Always responding to our questions. They deserve more than a 10+ rating.

  Clean and comfortable accommodation, kind and helpful, and very responsive hosts

  Liked: The apartment was very comfortable and was the perfect place to spend five days in Santiago. There were five of us, two couples, and one single and so the three-bedroom offering was just what we needed. The apartment is close to lots of shops and there were three grocery stores within a few blocks. We didn't have a car, and the location was a comfortable walk to old town and the Cathedral.

  Disliked: There isn't anything that we didn't like.

  Liked: Great localization, only 20 minutes on foot to the Cathedral, very close to the shops. Wonderful and helpful hosts, who react very quickly to our questions and requests. Highly recommended!

  Liked: Amazing location right in the center of the city, most attractions, as well as other important locations like stores, a post office, parks and access to public transport were in easily walkable distance. The appartment itself was spacious and had everything neccessary for our stay of one week, we easily couldve stayed for a whole month without missing anything or feeling cramped. Especially the two bathrooms were nice to avoid any stress in the mornings and the large kitchen and living room combo made relaxing after a busy day very enjoyable. The main highlight was the host though. Estrella took great care of us (and her husband also seemed very friendly the one occasion I talked to him). She had loads of information and recommendation ready to go before we even arrived and made sure we didnt lack anything or needed any help multiple times (without being overbearing). When I encountered a small issue with our planning I asked her a question expecting a simple recommendation (we had missed reserving a train ride and I asked her for potential alternatives, expecting maybe a company name). She went out of her way to look through options and checked herself if a fitting time slot was available, she also provided other, similar places to visit in case our originally planned option didnt work out. In the end this saved a once in a lifetime eclipse viewing which my lack of planning nearly ruined.

  Disliked: A minor downside was that some of the rooms were towards a somewhat big street, the downside of such an amazing location. There is however at least one bedroom thats pointed away from the street, which gives at least some options of avoiding this problem.

  Lovely apartment close to the Camino

  Liked: Beautifully finished apartment, with lovely decor and everything you need. The owners are in touch regularly to help prepare for your stay and on hand throughout with tips and suggestions as needed. The car park is literally next door and costs €9 per night. It's a short walk into the city for shopping or culture and great tapas.

  Disliked: Nothing to criticise,suggestions cards are provided if you have ideas.
