Exceptional
A great apartment in a really good location. Highly recommended
Liked: An excellent apartment which was very comfortable and had good amenities. Great location, a bit away from the main old town, but only 5 minutes to get there. Good communication prior to arrival. Easy parking.
Disliked: Nothing, was all good.
Liked: Great location in the main plaza
Disliked: Construction noise coming from the neighbours meant we were unable to properly relax during our one night stay. As soon as we could check in, we had to leave the apartment because of the Construction noise, same the following morning. It was difficult to relax because of thr Construction noise.
Perfect place to stay in Santillana
Liked: Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment at a wonderful location in Santillana del Mar. Options to have dinner outside in the open terrace or inside in the beautifully decorated lounge. Parking spot - a bonus. Very clean, all kitchen appliances in place. Very kind host - we had some difficulties finding the key and the lady came immediately to help us. They have also left us some things for breakfast, milk, juice and the traditional sobao. Highly recommend this place!
Disliked: We liked everything, we had wonderful stay.
Great potential but missing details
Liked: The apartment has a nice living room with large table, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and spacious sunny deck. Good water pressure for hot showers. The large public parking lot was free during our stay. Reasonably quiet. About 8 minute walk to old town.
Disliked: The king bed mattress must be replaced (as others have stated). It is badly worn and uncomfortable. Nice kitchen but poorly equipped: tea bags but no kettle or teapot; nice oven but no oven mitts or pot holders; one pot; no collander; no corkscrew, bottle opener, or can opener; no wine glasses. No juice, milk, cereal, or yogurt for the included breakfast. No instructions for the washing machine or the underground parking.

Liked: Very clean, large apartment with a well equipped kitchen in a great location. Large terrace with nice furniture. Comfortable bed. Covered underground parking. Generous amount of supplies including breakfast. Very accommodating host.
