Pleasant
We couldn’t get out the place quick enough
Disliked: Fire escape door being held open by a rock over night. Breakfast, we went without. I rang twice, receptionist put phone down on me both times then wouldn’t answer, I wanted directions to fine the hotel. Lift takes u 1/2 floors so up or down the stairs still to your floor. We couldn’t get out the place quick enough. Oh and couldn’t close the windows without them 1/2 falling out. The area felt very unsafe too.
Apart from the above it was good

Disliked: About 3-4tiles in the bathroom floor have become loose and need reversing in grout. The hook to support the shower head was missing. You can’t have a good shower if you have to hold the shower head. This is prevalent through Spain and it needs the accommodation industry to get their act together!

Would probably have been OK for a cheap single night if backpacking. Better to spend a bit more for somewhere nicer - bu
Liked: Handy being close to station and staff were helpful.
Disliked: Room 202 smelt of sewage and ammonia. Did get moved to room above which was better, with no challenge. Staff wholly unsurprised though which implies it’s an ongoing problem that’s been ignored by management - either way the room should not be available for use in its current state.
