Very good
Lovely hotel with excellent host!
Liked: The room was large with comfortable beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his tolerance of my attempts at speaking Spanish and feel more confident as a result. The breakfast was good value and there were lovely seating areas inside and out. Parking is very good at the hotel. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like but future guests need to be aware that although the hotel is less than a mile from the centre of Santillana it is an uphill walk back (not good for anyone with mobility issues) There is parking but certainly very busy in August when we were there! Also no air con which again didn’t bother us.
