Exceptional
Liked: A charming, traditional village-style hotel right in the middle of Santillana del Mar. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's nothing fancy, but it has real character and was perfect for a one-night stay. The location is ideal, with parking provided and an easy walk to bars, restaurants and the main sights. Santillana's medieval streets feel completely different from the surrounding towns, and it makes a great base for exploring the area. Would recommend.

Liked: Great location in the heart of the charming village. The inn has character, staff is great, and the breakfast is excellent (with a nice view from outdoor seating).

Liked: So much character combined with wonderful friendly front desk assistance, an ideal location (on the Camino and right by the town plaza) + all sorts of extras in the room itself.

Liked: The property was absolutely charming and beautiful. Raffa, the proprietor, could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The breakfast, which included fresh-squeezed orange juice, was very good.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the town
Liked: Beautiful. Excellent customer service from staff. Modern clean en suite. Great breakfast. Located in the heart of the town.
Disliked: Only one thing. As a motorbike rider the cobbles were difficult to deal with. Parking was tricky. The manager kindly helped me park right next to the hotel. I find it difficult to locate because I don’t think the name of the hotel was part of Bookjnv.coms information
