  Liked: The room looked nice. Clean.

  Disliked: Be aware than entry to the property may done using whatsapp and a key in a locked box. There may not be someone on reception. A few things in the room needed some maintenance. Had to make a bed up ourselves.

  I wouldn’t return — the lack of basic customer support ruined the experience

  Liked: The location of the apartment was great.

  Disliked: I accidentally left my AirPods at the hotel. They confirmed they had them, but refused to assist with shipping — even when I offered to arrange and prepay a courier pickup. Most hotels provide at least basic help in these situations, so this was disappointing. I would not stay here again based on the customer service.

  Good option for a short stay

  Liked: The hotel is located in a charming little village with a convenient location. It’s a good option for a short stay, but not ideal for a longer visit. It was very convenient to have both a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment.

  Disliked: Our standard room faced the road, and from around 5 a.m. it was impossible to sleep with the windows open due to traffic noise. With the windows closed, the room quickly became stuffy. The shower cabin was very small, even for a child. In the kitchen, we missed some basic essentials for cooking, such as salt, oil, and sharp knives. There was also no coffee maker — it would be nice to have at least a capsule one. In addition, the restaurant attached to the apartments was closed, both for breakfast and dinner.
