Didn’t stay at this hotel
Liked: This hotel confirmed my booking Then cancelled it due to unforeseen circumstances and blamed booking. Com for lack of communication It also advised me no cancellation charge would be applied Booking. Com then contacted me and asked why I hadn’t appeared at Atuvers due to this cancellation which has never happened to me before I booked with another hotel via booking. Com

Liked: Hostel Aventura did not notify me that the booking had been cancelled. Major issue I transferred my bags to the hotel. Should not be allowed to use the booking. com banner. Worst experience of my life.

Closed without notice from Booking.com but thanks to the host and wonderful people it all worked out
Liked: A nice woman from the property went out if her way to take us to an alternative accommodation. Never saw the property. It was closed and Booking.com didn’t let us know.
