Disliked: Lack of interest in accommodating dinner requests- your groups override everything. Not in a group, you don’t matter.

Liked: Fantastic place! Need to stay longer next time! Loved the beautiful lady at the bar. She was cheerful, and extraordinarily helpful. Everything is great about the hotel.

Parador view to cathedral beautiful
Liked: Room fabulous - it was the food that let it down- bar food expensive - soup without accompanying bread? For €14? Raw hamburger. Served with cold chips? Tiny pizza? Though tasty. Parador can do better than that. Wipe table between customers? Should be standard practice. The waiter in the bar was the saving grace of the meal who took care above and beyond to make sure we were ok but he can only do so much with what he is working with.
Disliked: Bar food needs vast improvement.
Liked: Great location, great bathroom and shower, great towels, overall very comfortable.
Disliked: There was a strange noise in our room - it wasn't a ghost, but it sounded like one all night long. Staff at the front desk could have been a touch more welcoming.
