  A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended

  Liked: The views from the room overlooking the beach were amazing. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. The receptionist was especially warm and friendly. The pastries at breakfast were delicious.

  Disliked: The only thing we did not like were the scrambled eggs for breakfast. Both mornings they were very dry and not warm. Very unpleasant and it let down an otherwise tasty breakfast. Hotel - please consider more pleasant scrambled eggs or perhaps as like in other spanish hotels tortilla instead.

  Pleasant

  Liked: The sea views are beautiful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast they serve is good. I also really like that they have a common area they stock with coffee, water, juice etc. Accessible in the afternoons.

  Disliked: I dont really think you could call it 'boutique'. The room was very small. The toilet is right behind the door so awkward to get to. The aircon hits you right on the bed all night, and there was no way to change the settings of the fan. Parking is a nightmare. The pillows were old and not good. I think the hotel needs some TLC. For the money we spent I would have preferred to stay somewhere else. The only way I think they could justify the price is the view from the balcony. Which also had cigarette butt's on it.

  Great stay

  Liked: Very quiet location despite being only a 5-10 min walk uphill to the old town of portonovo with cute tapas bars. Lovely sea views from the room and literally right on a nice sandy beach. Hotel breakfast was in a modern room with sea views and was very high quality- fresh orange juice, nespresso coffee, wide variety of hot and cold food. Staff were really friendly

  Disliked: Parking was very challenging in summer - the hotel car park was full and the streets were full of parked cars. We managed to find a space about a 10 min walk away. There is space right in front of the hotel for loading/unloading so it wasn’t too bad.
