Exceptional
Clean and easy check-in
Liked: Clean and easy digital check in. There is no reception but check in was simple and easy enough.
Disliked: The accommodation is not on tbe actual Camino, you have to walk about 50m to join onto the Camino
Perfectly functional stay!
Liked: Very clean and well organised. No staff were present when I arrived at 9pm or when I left at 8. It didn’t matter, instructions to access the front door and my room were clear.
Disliked: I arrived at the Sarria train station at 9 pm and it was a bit far to walk to the hotel, but certainly doable.
Would definitely recommend
Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Nothing
Convenient, modern and clean
Liked: Great location in Sarria with close access to restaurants, supermarket and banks. Room was very modern and clean and once you worked out how to get into the building and room it was easy. Also right on the Camino route so very easy to find your way. Loved that the room was spacious with a kitchenette and lounge. Although the cleaning staff in the mornings didn't speak any English, you could just whatsapp the manager with any queries and he came back to us in English promptly. There is also a lovely bakery across the street which opens early in the morning, with lovely cafe con leche and pastries.
Disliked: It does seem a bit impersonal as there is no reception but once you work out the codes that were sent to us beforehand it was easy.
We didn’t meet any staff
Great if you don’t mind streetnoise
Liked: Nice place overall. Great for late arrival.
Disliked: Inadequate sound proofing to address loud cars and screaming people outside. Not sure what’s going on out there on a Sunday night. It sounded like the strip where young people show off hoping for a mate. This place has a couple of vending machines and no staff.
