  Liked: The price is very reasonable for the space we got. Cozy vibes with so many switches to customize where and how much you want to luminate.

  Disliked: The pipe sounds were huge. Also you hear the people on the streets very clearly.

  Great for a short stay

  Liked: Convenient location Clean and relatively comfortable. Small supermarket nearby Good sized bedrooms, small kitchen but had what you would need for basic cooking.

  Disliked: A little small for 4 adults but as we were there for only one night it was ok.The outside seating area was behind the exterior metal grille so not really a great place to sit and relax.

  Good base to explore the city

  Liked: Nice clean flat with all the facilities and nicely decorated but early check-out...!

  Disliked: maybe a slightly later check-out...and location not as central as we would have liked

  Good place but you have to be lucky to not have any other people renting the apartment complex while you are there

  Liked: It’s a good apartment, modern, clean and in a good location. Perfect for a couple.

  Disliked: This apartment is a part of a rental apartment complex and unfortunately our was under a group of tourists that were in the same complex and that were there to literally party all night long in the apartment. And when I say all night long it’s because it was all night long from midnight to the morning and we couldn’t sleep not even for an hour during the whole night. In this case we contacted the people from booking and the responsible many times and had no answer back, what led us to have to call the police at 3am in a city that we were trying to spend a good night at. Since this is not truly a hotel, if you have any kind of an issue during the night there is no one to call. Also, there is no sound proof at all. After talking to the responsible person they reimbursed 50% of what we had paid? But the hours we didn’t sleep and the next day we couldn’t function because of the lack of sleeping won’t come back and the 50% back doesn’t solve the whole situation.

  Fantastic apartment in a great location close to the centre of town and all of the attractions including the aqueduct, c

  Liked: Central location. Clean and compact and secure apartment. We also liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms. You have to pay for parking but it is very reasonable.

  Construction Extreme Noise

  Liked: Construction noise, noise approximately 600 cm from our bedroom wall and window’s. Dust from construction everywhere very unpleasant. Jack hammering’s, saw and angle grinders so loud unable to sleep. The apartment owners are also renovating next door at the same time. These renovations are likely to continue for some time. We appreciate that owners have renovated 8 ground floor apartments but no insulation or double glazing.

  Disliked: Renovation Noise, Noise. No Coffee machine, No kettle. The walls between the apartment’s are paper thin, you can hear people in the street and outside during the night and even hear talking in the apartment next door. Beware parking in courtyard directly outside the apartment is paid parking constantly monitored and lots of parking fines if you are not quick enough.
