  Bring your own electric kettle

  Liked: The apartment was was spacious and in good location

  Disliked: 1. No plug for kitchen sink so not possible to wash dishes 2. Blind in bedroom tried up in very tight knot that took me 15 mins to undo 3. Wifi is poor 4. No hooks for towels in bathroom 5. No air conditioning remote so not possible to use air conditioning 6. No electric kettle for boiling water for tea and coffee. 7. Somewhat dated decor and furnishings

  Lovely apartment in a great location

  Liked: Great location and lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All facilities were very good quality

  Disliked: Nothing about the apartment but the instructions for finding the place were sent in Spanish. I asked for them in English but was told to use translator. After a long day's travel, I had very little charge and no WiFi so tricky to do. A small point but it felt not very welcoming.

  Perfect stay in Segovia

  Liked: The location is excellent, right behind the cathedral. It is the perfect size for two people. The apartment was very clean upon check in. The wifi worked well.

  Disliked: I wish there had been supplies to wash dishes (dish washing liquid, sponge and dish towel). Although the washer spin cycle didn’t work well, we were happy to have a washing machine.

  Clean, spacious apartment in excellent location by cathedral

  Liked: Spacious, clean apartment steps from cathedral. Comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with some plates and appliances. Clear instructions on access with key in lockbox. Tea and coffee in kitchen (though no dish soap).

  Disliked: Although management was responsive, I felt their pre-arrival communication was overly aggressive -- with multiple messages saying they would cancel my reservation if I didn't submit the registration information (even after I did) or pay through their link. There was no hot water in bathroom shower or sink; management responded fairly quickly to my text but I couldn't fix it by resetting and no one came to repair it during the day. Bathroom had bar soap but no shower products.

  Liked: Very well equipped and great location

  Disliked: Our apartment was in the basement and you have to use the lift, no stairs. There was a door outside to a patio but not a patio that has been done up to spend time in.

  Great apartment in a wonderful location

  Liked: Beautiful location with a great view. Comfy bed, strong AC, great kitchen with everything we needed.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike! Parking in Segovia is difficult, but that has nothing to do with the apartment.
