  Good for what you pay

  Liked: Close to aquaduct and tourism area, simple but it works.

  Disliked: Only staff in the morning, no elevator only stairs. Not very soundproof. Hallway floor bit loud

  Liked: The location is excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was great. The lady who welcomed us was super nice.

  Great for just to sleep

  Liked: Location was good

  Disliked: Doors are like a normal house door so no sound proofing. Also facilities and bathrooms needs an update

  Very bad communication with host

  Liked: Location, you are right in the center on the main street.

  Disliked: Check in into the place needs to be improved. You only get the code to get in once you are in front of the door, and have to wait for them to send it. We stood there waiting, when they could just give it to you the morning of the day you arrive. It took sometime to get into the room also because the host wrote a few different wrong room numbers in his/her messages before actually sending the correct one. We asked for assistance with the luggage for the day of departure (all is done by WhatsApp messages), but after a while the host stopped responding. The day of check out the cleaning lady entered our room without even knocking, this was way before the checkout time. Room is tiny, not much space in the bathroom to hang things.

  If you want an affordable, friendly place to stay in Segovia and in a good location, look no further

  Liked: The staff and the lady from reception were super helpful and took care of my every need and went above and beyond duty. The location is very good and for the price it's excellent value. I recommend it heartily.

  Disliked: The beds were a little hard for sleeping. Hope you aren't a light sleeper because you'll hear all your neighbours in the corridor and the adjacent rooms. It could use a chair so one could more comfortably read a book.
