  In the Heart of Segovia

Liked: The location was spectacular: Right there in the heart of Segovia, within easy walking distance of the city's many sites. The downside with the location is that if you are driving, the hotel requires valet parking. So it's a little difficult to just decide to hop in your car for whatever reason. But, that doesn't mean you can't, and again, the location is such that there was plenty to do without needing a car. Attractive and interesting hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.

Disliked: Room temperatures (A/C) controlled at the front desk. You can ask for the temperature to be adjusted, but it would be easier if each room had its own controls.

Great location, good value, good place to stay in Segovia

Liked: Great location in the heart of historic Segovia. Able to park in the Plaza Mayor while unloading/checkin. Valet parking in a secure indoor location is available. Nice room with tea/coffee making facilities and a bath

  Disliked: Hard bed. No fridge.

Perfect location central to the main square. Secure motorcycle parking

Liked: Perfect location, very central. Secure parking for my motorcycle 5 mins walk away all guided by the staff.

Disliked: No parking directly outside but there is a space in the main square that you're allowed to use to unload the bike before moving to the parking garage. Some free motorcycle parking 30secs away by the cathedral but I opted for the secure parking. Not the hotels fault at all, I'm just describing for future bikers.

Reside and Sleep in Antiquity and Classic Style without sacrificing Basic Comfort

Liked: Good location; safe, clean, facility is inspiring with antiquity and rambling vintage grace. Excellent, caring, and responsive staff. Well insulated from interior hotel noise. Good breakfast.

Disliked: Somewhat dated and aging room and bathroom amenities, but no major issues. Room was quite small, but had adequate closet space. Some incursion of exterior noise, but at manageable levels with your phone sound machine
