  A fantastic, spotlessly clean stay in an unbeatable location with exceptionally caring staff

  Liked: The location near Plaza de Santa Ana is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and main sights within walking distance, including the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, and Reina Sofía museums. Our 4th-floor room was practical, pleasantly air-conditioned, and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always looking for ways to make our stay special.

  Disliked: Nothing at all, everything was absolute perfection.

  Nice Host but No Wifi

  Liked: The host is nice and had good communication with us before and during the stay. Parking in the vicinity is free although it takes a bit of time to find a empty space. Facilities are okay and should fulfill most needs.

  Disliked: I must say I missed this when I booked - there is no wifi provided...! This is perhaps the first encounter over the last ten years of travalling around the world that an apartment for tourist does not provide free wifi. Also for this price I must say that the quality of the apartment does not quite match with what is expected. I paid the same in many other cities in Spain and can easily get a 2-bedrooms or apartment with much more space.
