  Liked: The location is good despiste there was preparations for a party on the surrounding streets. Room was clean and functional.

  Disliked: At arrival, the door was closed and the bell is not really visible! It has a paper on the door asking you to insert a code that we just received after check-in....The phone number provided, nobody answer and I knocked the door... comes a lady with arrogant behaviour... well, it didn't started on the best way!!! It could have ended better! The bed was too soft, the windows were old and the blinds could not be opened to enjoy the view... Breakfast was good but very poor in variety and I need to come all the way out to the hotel front because the waitress was there chatting with someone in state being serving the hot beverages, coffee and milk, that is just available under request. We paid extra for the spa, but part of it was not functional! We were advised that the water on the indoor swimming pool was not heated... it was really cold! Only functional was the jacuzzi, sauna and heated chairs, all others not functional even they are part of the recommended spa tour. Parking is difficult, luckily we have found a parking place around 300m from the hotel and we need to take the luggage all the way there!

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very big with a balcony on the top floor. Good cleaning standards. Late breakfast, so you can actually sleep in. Very helpful staff, with whatever you need. And the location is very close to Ronda town. Free parking around the hotel, but not exactly by the hotel, about two minutes away from the hotel. All the restaurants are walking distance.

  Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel and the location.

  Disliked: Parking on the street and access to it due to streets closures or area protection, 6 kms from Ronda that is not clearly explained when booking

  Arriate, nice old town

  Liked: Nice room, nice location, nice breakfast, nice staff. A very pleasant stay. Good restaurant 60 metres walk.

  Disliked: Church clock bell fortunately stops chiming on the hour at about 11pm. We were lucky to be parked out side the hotel (Saturday night stay). Might be difficult to park mid week (narrow streets in Arriate centre!).
